		<description>That sounds great.  One of our problems is that as our professionals increase in status, they gradually detach themselves from the people, padding layers and layers of middlemen between them and their patients, constituents, etc..  I dream of the day when I can go in to my doctors office like you described.</description>

		<description>one of the few advantages of living in France (besides spending twice what you do for gas) is that this would never happen here. I can pop in to my doctor without an appointment and give a 30 second update and he will either tell me to wait, or to come back the next day.</description>

		<description>doctors are the worst... agreed.  They treat people like sheep, just try to get as many through the door as possible, not worried about how long you have to wait when they ALWAYS over-book.</description>
