For the Political and Socially Inquisitive Mind...

This website is for people looking for answers to, and wanting to discuss, the political and social issues that affect us every day. With the information discussed, you can start to develop a logical and informed opinion on various topics or expand your current knowledge on these various topics. Ultimately, you will have access to information that will enable you to make changes in our society and in your life. You can read my articles and blog postings on this site as well as find any other information you are looking for in the forums section. I will also challenge you to investigate, question, and change the laws and social norms that continue to shape our society in the US.

But don't take my word for it! Whenever possible, I will provide links to counter arguments and information so that you can have quick access to another point of view in order to help develop your own opinion (or please take time to investigate and find opposing views on your own in the forums section).

My goal is to motivate everyone to read about, investigate, question, challenge, and vote on the political and social issues that affect us in order to propagate change and provide a better tomorrow for future generations.

Take a minute to read my blog, but I also urge you to visit my other pages via the links above to learn more about articles I've written, my Grinds My Gears section (a fun slant on various topics that "grind my gears"), and other links to fun stuff that you may find interesting. There is also an answers page where you can find answers to your political and social questions. I truly believe that if you read my articles and investigate these issues from different points of view (and challenge your current point of view), you will have much more insight into these topics and the information needed in order to make changes for the every day issues that affect your life.

Here's what you can expect from this website

  • My Blog - I don't claim to know everything about politics and social issues in this country, and ultimately, that's why I created this site, to voice my opinions, receive your feedback, and discuss other more focused issues with everyone in the forums section. My blog will contain topics on politics (new and old), social issues, and current events that at times, will combine the best of both worlds. I will also post about Personal Development and will throw in a personal post on occassion. I will be doing my best to update the blog every day. If you happen to be interested to know a little bit more about who I am and why I created this site, then visit the about me page.

  • Forums - This is a place where people with questions about political and social issues can seek answers without persecution from family or friends (or if your family is like mine, they really don't have much info on many of these subjects... sorry mom!). If you have a question, want to provide an answer, or just want to discuss some topics, visit the forums page.

  • Projects - I want to work on projects that people of the online community suggest and help fund. With your help I will be able to make changes in my community and at the same time, be able to share the information I learn while working on the projects in order to provide a guideline so that you can make those changes in your community. Please submit an idea and donate to this website so I can spend more time helping people get together, share information, and work on projects to provide a better America for future generations. Any donation is greatly appreciated and will be used for improvement of this website and making our country a better place to live.

  • Other fun stuff - If you have time or just want to see what I have to say about other issues, then read the Grinds my Gears section where I write about topics such as "why do people buy vanity plates?", "are stop lights sponsored by Exxon?", and other things that really get on my nerves or "grind my gears". That section is just a place to have fun with various topics while working on different writing styles. Sometimes you will know exactly where I'm coming from... other times you may just make fun of my gripes, either way, you'll have fun. I also have a links section where I've listed some fun sites, C&N member feedback, and other things that you may enjoy.

  • Site Improvements - I learned how to build this website primarily using books from Sitepoint and am continually learning how to build a more user-friendly website as I go along. I would love to hear any comments or suggestions on how to improve this site. Unfortunately I won't be able to make all of the suggested changes but any feedback is greatly appreciated.
